WHAT WE SAY

100% Pinot with loads of lovely red fruit aromas which follow though on the palate.

Partial fermentation in old Burgundian barrels and 48 months on the lees add to the texture and richness of flavours and the finish is long with a refreshing backbone of acidity.

Our Rosé de Noirs 2019 is an elegant sparkling rosé from a beautifully balanced vintage. Delightful notes of wild strawberries, ripe red berries and a hint of toasted walnuts are complemented by biscuity richness and vibrant acidity, leading to a long, beautifully poised finish.
