The Grange PINK NV x 6 Bottles

WHAT WE SAY

The Grange PINK NV like Champagne is a blend of two red grapes, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier that has been aged on the lees for a considerable amount of time. Beautifully pale with fine bubbles, the red fruit aromas are fresh and enticing. The flavours are long and persistent with a round creamy texture and a lovely vibrant and refreshing finish that makes you want to go back for more.

WHAT THEY SAY

A pale onion skin crossed with white peach threaded with a persistent, fine mousse.

The nose shows ripe red berry fruits - wild strawberry and cherries - overlaid with heady summer florals all held in a soft and bready frame.  The addition of the 2015 and 2016 reserve wines bring a further layer of complexity with toasted nuts and sweet spice.

Thanks to the long lees ageing it is rich and round on the palate, with notes of raspberry, cranberry and redcurrant held in a delightful creaminess, but the fresh acidity provides the perfect balance and leads to a refreshing but persistent and luxurious finish.

PAIRS WELL WITH

PINK NV is lovely on its own but it has fabulous attributes and complexity to pair with food.
